Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + on target earnings and benefits (starting salary depends on experience).
Contract: 37.5 hours a week. Permanent contract.

Our Early Careers team work in partnership with employers, colleges and training providers to develop the behaviours and skills apprentices, graduates and early leaders need to thrive in the workplace. The work of this highly successful team brings over 4000 young people to Outward Bound for an early careers personal development programme every year.

The Job...

An amazing opportunity to be part of a UK Charity, working with a vast array of industry leading corporate clients. We are looking for someone to grow and develop new long-term partnerships via employers (UK wide). There is a clear remit of networking and developing key contacts to expand and develop the number of Apprentices, Graduates and Future leaders Outward Bound work with annually.

Occasional evening, weekend and overnight work will be required as part of the role, including attending taster sessions, client visits and centre visits.

What you'll be doing...

• Securing new and repeat business to agreed personal and team quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of client strategy and undertake learning needs analysis.
• Sales proposal production.
• Maintaining client records via our CRM system.
• Liaising with all areas of the organisation to maximise potential opportunities.
• Drive new business in your area through research, prospecting, and networking.
